Clarification for the Minnesota Stay at Home Order
If you haven’t heard by now there has been a “stay at home” Executive Order for the state of Minnesota going into effect at 11:59pm Friday 03/27/2020. This does NOT affect you to come to work.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT GROUND FX OR GROUND FX EMPLOYEES. Under the NAICS Code of 561730 that we conduct business under we are deemed as an essential service. We will be starting on spring clean ups next week. Just a reminder winter salary ends on 3/28/2020 and you will be returning to hourly.
We will be using the websites daily schedule to let you know when you will be working. The schedule will be updated by 7pm each day for the next day of work. If we were to get rain overnight or raining that morning we will have the site updated by 6am for any delays or cancelations.
Start times will be staggered throughout the morning to eliminate having a large group of people at the shop all at once. Please make sure to keep contact with others to a minimum and keep distance when you can. We will have cleaning supplies for the trucks interior that you can use.
If you are sick you need to stay home. You can not come to work if you have a cough, fever or short of breath. We need to make sure we all are doing our part in keeping ourselves healthy and the ones we are working around.
If you have any scheduling conflicts for the next 2 weeks you need to notify Ryan by Friday 3/27/2020.

Aclaración para la orden de Minnesota Stay at Home
Si aún no se ha enterado, ha habido una Orden Ejecutiva de "quedarse en casa" para el estado de Minnesota que entrará en vigencia a las 11:59 pm del viernes 27/03/2020. Esto NO te afecta para venir a trabajar.
ESTO NO AFECTA A LOS EMPLEADOS DE GROUND FX O GROUND FX. Según el Código NAICS de 561730 en el que realizamos negocios, se nos considera un servicio esencial. Comenzaremos con las limpiezas de primavera la próxima semana. Solo un recordatorio de que el salario de invierno termina el 3/28/2020 y volverá a cada hora.
Utilizaremos el horario diario de los sitios web para informarle cuándo trabajará. El horario se actualizará a las 7pm cada día para el próximo día de trabajo. Si tuviéramos que llover durante la noche o llover esa mañana, tendremos el sitio actualizado a las 6 am para cualquier demora o cancelación.
Las horas de inicio serán escalonadas durante toda la mañana para eliminar tener un gran grupo de personas en la tienda de una vez. Asegúrese de mantener el contacto con los demás al mínimo y mantenga la distancia cuando pueda. Tendremos suministros de limpieza para el interior de los camiones que puede usar.
Si está enfermo, debe quedarse en casa. No puede venir a trabajar si tiene tos, fiebre o falta de aliento. Necesitamos asegurarnos de que todos estamos haciendo nuestra parte para mantenernos saludables y aquellos con los que estamos trabajando.
Si tiene algún conflicto de programación para las próximas 2 semanas, debe notificar a Ryan antes del viernes 3/27/2020.
