This is a mandatory safety / benefit renewal meeting. This meeting will begin at 7am. You are required to attend, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have a part time job notify them now. We will be having AFLAC in to sign new employees up and for those of you that have AFLAC, this is the time to change coverage.
Our insurance provider will be coming in to speak to us about work place safety. We will also be going over some safety protocols that will be required for the 2020 spring/summer/fall season.
We will have a spring apparel form for each of you to fill out. You will all receive your 5 free shirts and 3 free hats. There will also be some other options of apparel you can order if you'd like.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided along with juice, pop and water. Please make sure to be respectful of the time during this meeting, we have a lot of information to get out there in a short amount of time.

Esta es una reunión obligatoria de seguridad / renovación de beneficios. Debe asistir, SIN EXCEPCIONES. Si tiene un trabajo a tiempo parcial, notifíquelo ahora. Tendremos AFLAC para registrar nuevos empleados y para aquellos de ustedes que tienen AFLAC, este es el momento de cambiar la cobertura.
Nuestro proveedor de seguros vendrá a hablarnos sobre la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo. También revisaremos algunos protocolos de seguridad que serán necesarios para la temporada 2020 primavera / verano / otoño.
Tendremos un formulario de ropa de primavera para que cada uno de ustedes complete. Todos recibirán sus 5 camisas y 3 sombreros gratis. También habrá algunas otras opciones de ropa que puede pedir si lo desea.
Se proporcionará desayuno y almuerzo junto con jugo, pop y agua. Asegúrese de ser respetuoso con el tiempo durante esta reunión, tenemos mucha información para divulgar en poco tiempo.
